Reno : Hello, Deddy permadi and Januaryo Hardy. I’m Reno from Indonesian Sickness Zine, I would make an interview with you.
Reno : So, when did you start with
CADAVORACITY anyway? Cadavoracity is
a really great b name for a band. Why did you choose it? And what meaning of it?
Cadavoracity : We have started Cadavoracity in early 2012. It’s an acronym of two words, Cadaver & Voracity. We got this fucking name from Paolo of Putridity
Reno : What your fundamental reasons
to choose Brutal Death Metal as your music? And why you are keep being part of
this scene?
Cadavoracity : Because
we are BDM diehard fans, we usually listen to some fucking shits together, we talk
about music together, and sometimes we did jam sessions in a studio. So, we
don’t have any specific reason except the need to be happy living the life with
BDM.
Reno : What is the meaning of BDM on
your personal life? It’s just music or something else?
Cadavoracity : BDM
is a crucial part of our life. Not only as music, it’s something very special
to us, it’s our passion.
Reno : You recently unleashing some
first debut album and I think that got a big enthusiasm of BDM fans Worldwide!
How do you feel about that?
Cadavoracity : We
are really happy with that. Finally we got the shit and we could share it with
all our friends worldwide. We need something more brutal on the next fucking shits!
Reno : The layout of your album is so
fucking pretty sick! Who did this design?
Cadavoracity : The layout
had been made by Lurid Design, whose is owned by Hannes of Indecent Excision
and the artwork has been made by the mighty Jon Zig. And we got the title logo made
by Rich from Colombian Death Metal scene. Best shits we ever had.
Reno : What’s your next plans for
Cadavoracity ? Is possible to Cadavoracity to doing some live show someday? Or
maybe some tour?
Cadavoracity : Haha We
don’t know about that, man. We are just trying to make ultra brutal music and
share it to all our friends. But now we are currently writing new songs for an
EP. And we are going to work with a drummer. We really hope that we will be
able to do live performance in the future.
Reno : How did you get with Permeated
Records? Is it working well to you?
Cadavoracity : They’re
great friends of us and they have the best label we ever knew. All is working very
well.
Reno : Who inspires Cadavoracity
music the most?
Cadavoracity : We
listen to so many bands. But the main inspiration come from some Goregrind and
BDM bands like, LDOH, Inopexia, Brodequin, Putridity, Disgorge (CA), etc.
Reno : I think your lyrics are so
fucking great and so fucking philosophic! It reminds us about Brodequin lyrics
style. What message do you want to express?
Cadavoracity : Yeah
we are fans of that band but we think our lyrics don’t have the same style. We try
to writ lyrics about the end of the world, a chaotic era of human beings and
some shits about apocalyptic myths.
Reno : Why do you rarely release some
merchandise? Do you want to make your merchandise so expensive, rare, limited or
what?
Cadavoracity : We
think we are not a kind of BIG and COOL band, so we never care about releasing
merchandise, especially tee shirts. But, we appreciate our supporters, fans and
friends who always support us in their own way: only buying merchandises or only
buying CDs.
Reno : What do you think about
Indonesia BDM Scene today? And what your message to all Indonesian metalhead?
Cadavoracity : Well,
this is the best time of Indoneisan BDM scene. There is so many “young blood”,
new bands, new styles, and so many true supporters up from the ground. You
know, it’s kind a flashback to early 2000 when each other were doing trade,
buying CDs/Tapes, real supporting the bands, and other kind of nice stuffs. They
were so fucking cool years and we hope it will be still like this in the fucking
future.
Reno : Terimakasih
banyak buat waktunya mas ryo dan juga mas Deddy , Cheers! Maaf kalo mungkin ada
salah kata hehe :)
