Demi : Halo! First of all, thanks you for your time! How's it going?
Radang : Halo! We are doing great. We are busy lately promoting our mini album titled "consortium intelligence" through social media which was re-released by Hitam Kelam Records. Also we establish communication with our friends who listen and discuss about this album.
Demi : Can you take us through the band history right from the start?
Radang : This band was formed in 2010. Back that time Roberto wants to form a heavy band. Personnel search performed by moving to a place where we used to hang out together with our friends, and finally Roberto met with Dedek in one music store and agreed to form the band. In a music event, Roberto met with Andre one metal drummers who was performing, At that moment, Roberto invited Andre to join into this music project. Three of them, they began to prepare some material for the single which will be distributed online and played for the action on stage. "Agresi Ostentasi" and "Konsorsium Jahiliah" are two of the title track of our first release and successfully shared as an introduction, and received a positive response from listeners. More than a year running, we are agreed to recruit Hafiz, guitarist one metal band to help Dedek at the guitar.
Demi : From the beginning of the band's formation, can you mentioned anything you've released?
Radang : In the beginning, we have released 2 singles, entitled "Agresi Ostentasi" and "Konsorsium Intelegensi" which also included in our debut EP "Konsorsium Intelegensi" which was released independently in 2012. And then at 2015 together with our new partner Hitam Kelam Records successfully re-released our EP "Konsorsium intelegensi" with new version.
Demi : I can see that you guys are playing technical death metal, but why did you choose this genre?
Radang : we thought playing technical death metal is quite fun and verry exciting, at the time when the training session or live performance.
Demi : What's your music biggest influence?
Radang : Personally, we had a great influence on each member of our band. and that's what we bring to the studio during a training session and when we create a song. we liberate from each of us to contribute to the music. We were working on a personal reference so that our music has it's own color when completing a song. But for a band's influences, it came from bands such as braindrill, psycroptic, fleshgod apocalypse,obscura, etc.
Demi : How is your scene near your living area?
Radang : It's quite developed and running smoothly. Better from time to time.
Demi : How is the indonesian metalscene in your opinion?
Radang : Our scene is rapidly growing and very active. Our view of the increasing number of international class events that arise, even in areas which have not so popular. Also the increasing number of emerging talent and their brutal music. Also the development of labels that also supports the purposes of the band in support of their music production and the distribution store are quite friendly to work with. And do not forget, the way people in the scene to appreciating local bands also getting better.
Demi : In your album titled "Konsorsium Intelegensi", I really like the cover, in term of detail and colloring. Who is the author?
Radang : Thank you. The first version that was released in 2012, the cover art "konsorsium intelegensi" was done by bagoez poetra. And the second version that was re-released by Hitam Kelam Records (2015), was done by adithia wardhana.
Demi : What lyrical theme are you using for this album?
Radang : Some of our lyric took from our self Perspective of, wars, ego, even friendship solidarity.
Demi : What's your favorite album of 2014 and this year?

Demi : What is the most important thing for you to keep the presence of this band?
Radang : just stay fun while playing music and consistency.
